Effective date: 15 October 2026 | Website: ngsir.in
1. Purpose and scope
This page explains how cancellation and refund requests should be raised for educational services associated with NG Sir. The applicable outcome depends on whether the purchase is an individual course or an institute/EdTech collaboration, the written terms accepted at the time of booking, the service already delivered and applicable law.
2. Before making a payment
Please review the course or collaboration proposal, including scope, dates, access period, deliverables, fees, payment schedule and any specific cancellation/refund terms. If any term is missing or unclear, request written clarification before paying. Do not assume that every course or collaboration has the same refund rules.
3. Student course cancellation and refund requests
- For a student course, refer first to the course page, checkout information, invoice or written enrolment confirmation supplied for that specific course.
- Send a cancellation or refund request to collab@ngsir.in and include the learner’s name, course/package, date of payment, amount, transaction/reference ID and reason for the request. Do not email full card details, passwords or payment PINs.
- We will review the request against the disclosed course terms, the status of course access or delivery, and applicable law, and will communicate the decision or request any necessary information.
- Where a refund is approved, the method and expected processing time will be communicated to the requester. The time taken by a bank or payment provider to reflect the refund may be outside our control.
4. Institute and EdTech collaboration cancellation
- Institutional collaborations may involve reserved teaching time, curriculum planning, schedule commitments, recording or material preparation, and other agreed deliverables.
- The signed agreement, accepted proposal, invoice or written confirmation should specify cancellation notice, rescheduling, work already completed, amounts due, treatment of advance payments and any applicable refund or cancellation charges.
- If the written agreement does not address a situation, contact us promptly so the parties can review the circumstances and applicable legal requirements. Do not assume an automatic full refund or an automatic forfeiture of all payments.
- Any change to scope, batch count, schedule or delivery should be recorded in writing, including any agreed fee or refund adjustment.
5. Classes rescheduled or not delivered
If a class or agreed service is cancelled or materially changed by NG Sir, contact us using the details below. The remedy, which may include rescheduling, replacement delivery or a refund where appropriate, will be assessed under the applicable written terms and law. This policy does not promise a particular remedy in every circumstance.
6. Refund processing
For an approved refund, we may need to verify the original transaction and the person making the request. Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practical and supported by the payment provider, unless another lawful method is agreed. Processing timelines will be communicated when the refund is approved.
7. How to submit a request
Email collab@ngsir.in with the subject line “Cancellation / Refund Request”, or call/WhatsApp +91 91745 51535. Include the service/course name, purchaser or institute name, payment date, amount, transaction reference and a brief explanation.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or reduce any consumer or other statutory rights that apply under Indian law. Where this page conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
9. Requests involving a payment error or duplicate transaction
If you believe that a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly or made for a service that was not confirmed, contact us promptly at collab@ngsir.in. Include the date, amount, payment reference and a short explanation. We will check the available transaction records and advise on the next steps. Please do not send card numbers, CVV, passwords, UPI PINs or one-time passwords.
10. No waiver of mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any refund, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where a mandatory legal requirement applies, it prevails over an inconsistent statement in this policy.
11. Policy updates
We may update this page when our services or practices change. The terms disclosed and accepted for a specific purchase or institutional agreement remain important when assessing a request, subject to applicable law.
